Write down all the public bodies involved in the situation you are filing a complaint about.
Have you filed your complaint with the public body?
Has your complaint been dealt with by the public body in the past 12 months?
Select 'yes' when: the situation you complain about took place in the past 12 months OR the public body replied to your complaint within the past 12 months.
Do (or did) you have the option to file an administrative objection or an application for judicial review?
The public body will inform you in a letter wether you have the option to file an administrative objection or an application for judicial review. This information can usually be found in the last paragraph of the letter.
Does your complaint concern the content of a law or regulation?
Does your complaint concern the decision or the conduct of a judge?
