National Ombudsman holds walk-in sessions for residents on Bonaire

    From 28 February to 2 March, a team from the National Ombudsman will return to Bonaire to hold walk-in sessions. Residents are welcome to drop by free of charge to ask a question or make a complaint about any government or official body. Complaints or questions for the Ombudsman for Children are also welcome.

    Anyone who has a question or complaint about organisations such as the Public Entity, the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, the police and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment is welcome to drop by during opening hours.

    The dates, times and locations for the walk-in sessions are as follows:

    • Wednesday, 28 February from 09.00 to 11.30, Jong Bonaire
    • Thursday, 29 February from 14.30 to 16.30, Fundashon Cocari, Rincon
    • Saturday, 2 March from 09.00 to 11.30, Jong Bonaire

    At all walk-in sessions, you can ask your question or make your complaint in Dutch, Papiamentu, Spanish or English.
