National Ombudsman and Ombudsman for Children to hold phone consultations for the Caribbean Netherlands every Monday

    Every Monday, between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. (local time), a team from the National Ombudsman and the Ombudsman for Children will be available for phone consultations in the Caribbean Netherlands. Are you having problems with organisations like the Tax Office, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, youth and family services (JGCN), the National Office for the Caribbean Netherlands or your school? Phone up and receive help free of charge.

    Have you encountered a problem in your dealings with a government agency, child care, school or a provider of child medical care? The National Ombudsman and the Ombudsman for Children will be happy to see what they can do for you during the consultation session. You can ask your questions in Dutch, English, Papiamentu or Spanish. To make an appointment, just send an email to spreekuurCN@nationaleombudsman.nl with your name, telephone number, and whether your question is addressed to the National Ombudsman or the Ombudsman for Children. The team will then contact you by phone the following Monday.
