Consultation hours of the National Ombudsman and the Ombudsman for Children
Experiencing difficulties with a government agency and unable to resolve the issue yourself? Then attend the free consultation hours of the National Ombudsman and the Ombudsman for Children.
From 15 to 18 October, a team from the National Ombudsman and the Ombudsman for Children will visit Bonaire. Residents can attend the consultation hours with questions or complaints regarding, for example, the Public Body, the Tax Administration, childcare centres, school, hospital or Care and Youth Caribbean Netherlands (ZJCN).
The consultation hours are as follows:
Wednesday 15 October from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Jong Bonaire
Thursday 16 October from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Fundashon Cocari in Rincon
Friday 17 October from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Plasa Chiku Goeloe
Saturday 18 October, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Jong Bonaire
All consultation hours are offered in Dutch, Papiamento, Spanish and English.
Complaints or questions can always be submitted
