We aim to contact you within eight weeks by telephone, email, or letter. For complaints regarding the police, IND, COA, CJIB, and the Public Prosecution Service, it may take up to twelve weeks before we contact you. This is due to the fact that we receive many complaints about these agencies. We are doing everything we can to help you at the shortest possible notice.
