How can you complain to the National Ombudsman?
You can administer your complaint in several ways: write us a letter or use the digital complaintform on this website. Watch the video below to see how you can complain to the National Ombudsman about a Dutch administrative authority.
Since the National Ombudsman is a Dutch institution, all correspondence concerning your complaint will take place in the Dutch language. In case it becomes clear that you don't speak or understand Dutch and that nobody (for instance a lawyer) can assist you, the National Ombudsman will correspond with you in a language you do understand or will provide you with a summary in a language you do understand.
